Very well kept property located in a quiet area in this seaside town. Birzebbugia, once a summer retreat for British servicemen many years ago. The seafront enjoys a 5km promenade and sand beach, ideal for families with small childen. Unlike the larger more commercial resorts, Birzebbugia still has many characterisitics of Malta many years ago. There are number of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and during the peak summer months the town does get quite busy with locals occupying their summer residences.

The property has a specaious layout including hall, open plan sitting room with fireplace (ideal for those cooler days), this leads onto a dining area and large kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the rear terrace, which can easily be used for al fresco dining.

On the first floor you will find the large bedrooms and the including sleeping accommodation for 8, in total comfort. Larger groups can also be accommodated, however this would mean adding additional beds to each of the 4 bedrooms.

The rooftop is a great place to catch up on your sunbathing if you do not fancy going to the beach.

The village piazza (centre) and church are within walking distance, approx. 7 minutes. Here you will find a variety of small shops, bars and of course the church. The promenade is approx. 10 min. walk. away.

If you enjoy local festivities, visit during the second week of August for the feast of San Pietru (St. Peters), it is a colourful event, amazing firworks and a fabulous atmosphere.....
